Eagle Inspections is a next generation inspection firm utilizing the newest technology and training to give you the best inspection possible.  Each inspector has the newest digital equipment to measure the conditions of your new home and give you the most accurate assessment of the components of the home. These include a digital moisture meter, a hygrometer, natural gas and carbon monoxide detector.  These tools help us diagnose issues with the systems of your home.  Along with these high tech tools we have an ongoing training program to keep our inspectors at the forefront of all the newest techniques to insure you get the most accurate  information about your home.   Historic homes have different needs than new construction, therefore there is a different approach to each type of home that our inspectors see.  As prospective clients we want you to know that we, at Eagle Inspections, understand the specialized knowledge needed for every type of home in our  local service area.

Digital testing of radon is available upon request. The results are available immediately upon pick up. There is no waiting for lab results.

All reports are available immediately on site or by email.  This will help the process go smoother as a digital report can be sent to all requested parties at the same time.

Every client gets a USB memory drive with all the pictures from the inspection before you leave. This is done so you can send pictures of your new home to family and friends.
 

All of our inspectors are fully qualified and licensed to perform all inspections. Our inspectors are independently associated with the American Society of Home Inspectors,  the Department of Environmental Protection, and the Department of Agriculture.
